The Saint Stephens Conclave, Knights of the Red Cross of Constantine and Appendant Orders is located at the city of Memphis, State of Tennessee, such name and location having been authorized by the United Grand Imperial Council in the Chartered granted June 16, 1911.

Allegiance is acknowledged to the United Grand Imperial Council of the Knights of the Red Cross of Constantine and Appendant Orders of the United States of America, Mexico and the Philippines, under whose authority the Charter is held.
